These Terms govern your use of the Pasitos apps and service provided by Airstream SRL (Republic of Moldova). By creating an account or using Pasitos, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Who may use Pasitos
You must be an adult (of legal age in your jurisdiction) and the parent or legal guardian of the child whose device you set up, or otherwise legally authorised to monitor that device. You are responsible for using Pasitos lawfully.
2. Acceptable use
- Use Pasitos only to monitor a device you own or are legally entitled to monitor, with the knowledge required by the laws that apply to you.
- Do not use Pasitos to stalk, harass, or unlawfully surveil any person, including another adult, without their knowledge or a lawful basis.
- Do not attempt to breach security, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the service.
- Keep your sign-in details and diagnostics PIN confidential.
3. The service
Pasitos provides approximate device location, place alerts, device status and an SOS feature. Location and delivery depend on the child device’s hardware, network, permissions, battery and operating-system limits, and may be delayed or unavailable. Pasitos is a safety aid, not an emergency service, and must not be relied upon as the sole means of ensuring anyone’s safety.
4. Accounts and deletion
You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account and all owned family data at any time from Account → Delete account in the parent app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law.
5. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airstream SRL is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any harm arising from delayed, inaccurate or unavailable location or alerts. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
6. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; the current version is always posted here with its effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
